SHIPPING

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below. 

Milkirabbit is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders will include an estimated delivery day. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the items and get a full refund. You can return an item for up to 7 days from the date your package was delivered. Please email us to initiate the return. Any product you return MUST BE in the same condition you receive it! WASHED and USED items are NOT eligible for return! Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item to another size/color, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size/color using your store credit.

WASHED and USED items are NOT eligible for return! Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.
